The Bpi distributes to public libraries a catalogue of around 1200 documentary films for which the rights have been acquired directly from producers, distributors or film makers.

The Bpi distributes the National Catalogue of Documentary Films to French public libraries. Other than access to films, the Bpi informs you on documentary films through four accessible sections.
Grand Écran (Big Screen)
This section is devoted to the presentation of films to which we want to draw your attention, with only one suggestion: go and see them at the cinema.

The section “Filmo+” offers detailed filmographies in order to accompany you in your cinema programme.
Bibliographies
The section “Bibliographies” suggests reading on documentary films and monitors the news on books, reviews and websites.
